Group Research Directions

The research group focuses on fundamental and applied research in Neuromorphic Computing. Taking Specialized Scanning Probe Technology as the entry point, it explores its potential in micro-nano fabrication, in-situ characterization, and physical property modulation. This enables the investigation of multiple challenges and problems in neuromorphic computing across materials, devices, architectures, testing, and systems, providing potential solutions for the eventual development of brain-inspired chips.
